New to this whole Forum thing.

Anyway! Hi all,

I've had my Fiat Grande Punto 1.2 since November 2014! Since then I have had no luck updating my blue & me system!

Managed to finally configure the system today and find the updates the car says is needed. I've updated to 5.5 which says has been installed, yet when then installing 5.6 I receive the USB 10 error message! I can't think of anything else which I can do.

The buttons on the steering wheel which are used to control blue & me, also don't seem to be working or responsive in anyway!

Is there anyway anyone can possibly shed some light on the situation please! Or has any solution for me!

I updated my Blue and Me probably a week ago before I bought the adaptor.
I had tried a few months before and had been getting the same error 10 message. To be honest I'm not 100% sure what I did differently other than format the USB flash drive after the 5.5 update and then adding the files required for 5.6.


Below is the trouble shooting guide for receiving USB error 10 in the blue and me instruction document.

Cause

Solutions

1. The vehicle is not updated to version 5.5
first of all install update 5.5

2. The vehicle has a Blue&MeTM Nav
download the update dedicated to Blue&MeTM Nav


3. The car is an Alfa Romeo 147 or GT
update not available

4. The USB memory stick was removed before the end of the update
repeat the procedure and wait until the end of the update
