As stupid as it sounds have you tried turning the wheel? As sometimes the steering lock stops the car from turning to ignition so you have to turn the wheel to allow it to turn. Was the same on my old mk2 punto and now the same on my mk2 bravo

Sorry lols, yes the steering lock. Before you turn the key turn the wheel either way and then hopefully the key will then turn to start/ignition

I'm on the mobile so can't watch the video but you say you had an accident before the problem started? Has the fuel cut-off valve been triggered? I don't know where it is on the Grande but the handbook will tell you.

Failing that, you mention the fuel tank, have you checked everything is ok down there?
