Earlier on I changed a brake light bulb and this happened, has this happened to anyone else before ? If so how did you mend it ?

Check again cable connections/plug

Also check the dual Brake/side light bulbs (look inside the glass for carbon/charing across the insulating material) - sometimes they short between the filaments causing strange behaviour

Thanks for the replies, my mechanic mate said it's a bad earth , but I'll check the bulbs

Got it sorted mate, the van in that video is exactly what it done lol, 25 pound it cost

I'd feared the worst this morning when I thought it was the wiring harness, phones fiat and it's between 700 to 1000 for a new harness, but we bypassed the earth

Fiat used some really cheap small gauge wire for the tail light earths hence the problems, a replacement is the best fix really

It's not worth me spending that type of money on it , would of got shot straight away of it was that
