is the Abarth 6 speed gear box is direct fit in the t-jet and if not what i will have to change?

my car is modified with td04 turbo and max torque at about 5000 rpm

How much did u pay for ur custom manifold and where did u get it from

I am in Egypt i custom made it from stainless steel 304 for about 70 Sterling and down pipe till the end for about 130 Sterling (we have cheap labors here compared to UK)

What else did u need to do to get it working right

the must is exhaust and remapping
i have added bigger intercooler (as it is musch hotter here than uk)
methanol injection as i use 92 RON
KN filter of course as the oem box restricts the air to flow smoothly
i get now 200km/h on 4th gear without any problems and top speed of 240 to 245km/h

So what exactly do I need for a td04 turbo to work just the custom manifold and obviously the turbo I have injectors of a lancia delta would they fit

custom manifold and down pipe + remapping
do you have the no. of the injectors or a photo for it
yes that's only all piping will fit directly

do you know any thing about the gearbox?

No not really just lookin into it but by sounds of it I'm just guna get a vl36 will be easier

vl36 is a direct swap but in Egypt due to the hot weather all t-jet engines turbos and manifold got cracked

It's just finding one that's hard

It is not that hard here

It's practically impossible been looking for a long time

Any body can help me in the main question?

Is the Abarth gearbox the M32 ( i think it is)?
All Bravo t-jets come with the M32 6 speed box so, the box bolts straight on to the engine no doubt. but you would probably need different engine/gearbox mounts.
If the Abarth box is the M32, then you could use those mounts.

Be aware that the M32 is not the strongest box in the world a lot of them have the bearings fail, an the box itself is a bit notchy.

Im almost certain the abarth does not use the m32, otherwise it would be known for problems

It does, but the lower torque output of the petrol engine means that the gearbox lasts much better.

as far as i know it is m32 I will get it from Abarth grande with it's mounts the cv joint are they the same?

If you need some photos, I will be taking the wheels off mine and giving it a decent clean next one day next week so let me know and I can take some pictures of my gearbox mounts etc?

I can confirm that they use the M32 gearbox, VXR Astra does as well

now my spider tripod cam of the gearbox and it was totally destroyed and i can't find new and used i can find on;y the 6 speed gearbox from bravo 150hp. i think i will go for fitting it
