Anyone replaced or know how to replace this switch?

Does it need calibration and how?
Should I move the red part all the way to bottom or this is the calibration part?

ok I've learned that when you replace (or re-calibrate) the switch, you -must- pull the red part all the way out, insert and then pull it all the way back in to secure.

The trick it to pull all the way out and don't touch the switches' tip, just let the clutch slowly to calibrate it and you are done. If you press the tip all the way in then calibration is wrong and you must pull it out again.

Why calibrate this?

If you remove it , replace it or accidentally push it all the way in (very bad idea) you have to calibrate it

Actually you just have to pull it all he way out - install - push the red clip all the way in - let clutch out slowly - done

can you please tell me how can i remove it?

Pull the red part all the way and then push the 2 grey clips to remove it.

Hi i have a grande punto abarth but have the different switch , mine does not give the information on /off i need to switch it my part number is 50508479 , how can i calibrate it? Thank you in advance
