Hi guys. Been the owner of my 1.4 8v grande punto for just over 4 months now and decided it was time to start up my own thread just so I can get some suggestions from you guys. Done a few little repairs and mods so far but constantly looking at new bits and bobs. Here's a quick before and after:

Thanks. Starting to get a bit mad with keeping it clean just like you. Though mine isn't half as tidy as yours. I'm going to order some bits from carbon collective next week.

yay carefull on your bumpers and door handles, they fade quickly

What headlamps do you have fitted? I am thinking of changing mine.

They're the standard lights but just fly-eyed the front part.

Abart/sporting headlights are easy to do guides on here on how to convert series2 to series 1 headlight too

Yeah my bumpers are already a bit faded. The door handles look good after they are cleaned. I use auto glym vinyl and rubber cleaner, which makes them come out pretty good. Is there any way to restore the bumpers without getting a respray?

If there not too bad then a good cutting compound might work, g3 or similar, but at the end lf the day respray is the way to go with a good few layers of uv protection

Good question. I'm not really sure yet. I'm still looking for ideas. The next job is probably to get my alloys powder coated or resprayed to black. What are your plans?

Sort my alloys out haha white and scuffed atm, want them well I dont know atm, toying with matt black. Then im getting engine parts somepeople call me stupid but im converting to 16valver

Oh right. Make sure you keep us updated with the progress on that. Sounds really exciting. My alloys are dark red with pink glitter at the moment, but I'm still unsure what type of black to get.

Ask someone to photoshop? Gloss black, anthricite? Metal flake?

I already gave it a go myself. However I'm no pro when it comes to photo editing:

Gives you an idea tho! Gloss black looks smart but at the end of the day its your car your choice I suppose see its already got a spoiler and 17inch alloys
