If got a 1.9 sporting gp and It seams to catches a heck of a a lot she. I look under the. at i can't seem to so what it catches on and was just basicly knowing if lowering it even the slightest would make it even worse or would lowering not affect it depend what's bottoming out tha is very much in advanced

The sub frames sit really low on the 1.9's hence you crashing into allot of things :')
Mine was not too bad on eibach speedline springs but it was a pain when it came to speed bumps.
you wont damage anything as long as you are careful around speed bumps etc
Depends what you want. I have sport lines ATM and there very very comfortable... But do still have arch gap 
Coilovers I couldn't recommend any as I've never owned for the GP. But the advantage is there adjustable for what you want
