Hi

Just got a Fiat GP 2006 1.2 with 115k miles on it... not sure if its an issue but I get a weird whistling sound when I push the gas pedal down a certain distance. Does anyone know what this could be? Would quite like it to sound nice rather than whistling...

Do you have the standard air box on?

Check the connections on it as our sei did this, turned out the box was a little loose on the throttle body..
Also, you might have a split in your exhaust, so when the pressures flowing it whistles!
Only other reason I know of but is very rare is when your bonnet isn't aligned end properly and the air flows between the wing and bonnet. Only ever heard of this once though..
