Hi,

Had problems with my car and finally got Multiecuscan
It came back with a faulty crank position sensor... which explains the car jerking!
I've changed it and ran the car following the instructions to reset the phonic wheel. No warning light

so that seems all good, but i haven't driven her again yet.

I have 2 other codes on my car aswel not causing the warning light though:

Code:
ABS
  Bosch ABS 8 ESP
  ISO Code: EC 07 01 83 4C
  Errors found:
  C1221 - Engine control (NCM)

  Electric Steering
  Delphi Electric Steering
  ISO Code: 31 83 8A 04 97
  Errors found:
C1003 - Vehicle speed signal (CAN)

From what I have read:
C1221 is the LH front wheel speed sensor.
&
C1003 i cant really find a reliable description. but 'Vehicle speed signal' sounds related to C1221 and my Crank position sensor.

Any help would be great.

Thank you!

I found a thread on the Stilo forum which mentioned C1003, they talked about using ecuscan to reset the power steering, but also mentioned that this wouldn't reset until all other errors had been cleared.

I also found mentioned on the alfa forum c1221 being related to "Lamp ABS Warning Output Circuit Short To Ground", so maybe i'd start checking the ABS wires for any signs of rubbing.
