Hi i have a 1.4 grande punto when i pull off when the cars warm it judders when pulling off in 1st gear or reverse but not in any other please help

Sounds like clutch judder to me, caused by one of a few things.

Oil contamination on the friction plate which has burnt off, but now made the lining hard, or the friction lining has gone hard with age.
In which case there's not much you can do without changing the clutch i'm afraid.
