So, went out earlier to see some scrote has keyed my driver's door

It's not terrible as it's only on one panel but is about 2ft long and is down to the primer.

Tried some autoglym paint restorer which has masked the lighter bits of the scratch but obviously hasn't helped much where it'd down to primer.

I just wondered if anyone had any experience/advice on how to sort it before I go to a body shop and stump up big money for it to be sprayed?

Cheers
Jacob

Have a looksie on Ebay or a specialist paint shop for a touch up brush with the same colour as your car (obviously)
Some geezer slammed their door into my rear quarter panel, leaving a lovely line of bent metal and cracked paint, the cracked paint fell off and i just pushed the dent out as much as much as my talent allowed, gave it a couple coats with a touch up brush and a polish with some t-cut and you could never tell that the paint had been repaired.
It should be easier in your case, you just need to clean the area, give it a couple of coats and a polish with T-cut to blend it in

I've been meaning to get some for a couple stone chips so I'll try that first, thanks
