Hi all, so im planning on buying the forge blow off valve for my t jet, but in the description it says something about 'it can be tuned with replacement springs if required' is this something i should loom into or just buy the BOV as it comes?

Sweex didnt you have or still got one of these bud?

I had one, the spring it comes with is fine, ring forge themselves to find out if youll need an uprated spring once youre mapped.
I doubt you will as its the same spring as in the 500 abarths!

Bov are pointless you want a recirc valve

S'all in the noise I suppose

Can mess with engines though ecu will think its recirculating when its actually getting dumped,

if you want some noise try a split-r valve does both and is controllable but still temperamental i have seen

Id personally only use a recirc valve and you only really need to install one if your running higher boost (modified remapped cars)

My cars just had a remap you see thats why i asked the question, so obviously its increased in bhp and torque so would you still suggest leaving the recirc valve on? As if its going to eventually mess with my car id rather spend it on some sexy paintwork ?

Its dump valves that are bad mate, recirc valves are fine, shouldnt need an upgrade one on a tjet really but you can hear a slight dump if you have a induction kit on

Yeah i have the forge induction at it makes quite a loud dump so ill just leave that on
