Sounds like the LED's you have bought are not Error Free, or you may have to turn the bulbs round, this may resolve the issues, the do actually have a positive and negative connector even though it doesnt look like it !

Ill try that now, thanks for the tip! in case they are not error free where can i find online to buy some error free because im from Republic of Macedonia and we dont have it here so I have to buy online :p

I have this light fitting anyone know what size LEDs will fit in there?

Heres a couple of images of my Red 42mm Festoon bulb. Initially i bought a x3 LED 42mm Festoon, but this proved to be woefully underpowered. So i bought what i think is a x24 LED 42mm Festoon bulb. And here are the pictures, they still don't do it justice to how bright they actually are, and at night time it really does make the car glow red :D

Apologies for crappy iPhone pics. Can get clearer digi pics another night if needs be. 42mm is the length of bulb you need regardless IIRC. Reuuk helped me with mine, i'm sure he remembers my tribulations with all that well....
Do you have to buy any additional resistors etc? I brought some new LEDs and they either flickered or didn't work.

No, i never had to buy resistors. I did buy 2 or 3 different bulbs to try, as they are cheap enough and the first set i bought were really REALLY poor. I can't recall if these were the ones i stuck with in the end, but they worked really well and pictures never did them any justice.

They were just straight up festoon LED bulb's i'm sure. I'll be looking at replacing the interior light bulbs on my current AGP SS soon, i'll be sure to tag you in it when i do, although i have the older style lights in this car which is different to this thread for my old car, not sure if the fitting is/will be the same.

Hi,

I just brought a couple of bulbs for my map light But they seem to be too big. I've read all these posts and everyone else has used 42mm with no problems.. I've taken my old bulbs out but the new ones just don't squeeze in.

Did anyone have to make any adjustments or have the same problems?

Cheers

I'm looking at getting LED interior lights, what size bulb and wattage do I need?

Any help will be grateful
