New to the forum, so my apologies if this has been posted before! The car i have got is a 1.4 T-Jet Grande Punto 08, owned it around 3 months.
Over the past month or so when driving the car i have had various dashboard lights appear when driving. It starts with the 'General Failure Indicator' and 'ESP System Failure' lights. Then followed by 'Inefficient ABS System' and 'Power steering' light. At that point the steering stiffens up and it becomes a struggle to move the wheel, however this does not always happen. Then eventually the 'Engine Management Light' will appear along with the error message on the screen. Also sometimes the dashboard dials will all go down to zero, except for the petrol light, and the music will quieten down a bit and the bass will reduce quite considerably. Then out of nowhere the music/bass will kick back in along with the rev counter and speed. I have attached a photo of the lights that appear.
I'll then turn off the car for a while, when i return to start it up all the lights have disappeared apart from the 'Engine Management System' light. This will stay there for a day or so and then disappear after a few start ups. Then ill go for a period of time with no lights, then suddenly it will all happen again.
If anyone has any advice to give then please feel free as im struggling at the moment.
