You would probably need to replace all the smd's in the dash board, as well as attatching extra cables to them, so that they can recieve the relevant feed for the colour change.
Not a quick job

Yeah you need to replace all the smds.
And you will also need to replace the smds at the center console if you want to match everything.

It will take a lot of time for sure..

(Imho orange looks more appealing.)

Or get these and just ramm them behind the binnacle
