Righty-ho! I believe i am reasonably finished with my little mods on the outside:
17" alloy wheels (Black kendo)
Back 3 windows limo black tinted
Pioneer AVH-P5900 dvd player
Vibe side door speakers
Fli 12" sub and amp
Blue footwell neons (not tacky looks the sh*t)
Audi R8 style lights in the grille
HID xenons hi-low
and finally will be vinyling the front bumper and chrome around the grille

so that's the outside done. Now onto performance woohoo!

Yes i only have a 1.2 but im not after bloody 10mil bhp like some of you nutters have done with your 1.9 t-jet lol but i would like to increase to say 130BHP atleast

The only problem is i have looked at forge and they only seem to do 1.4 or higher for the grande (great ). I looked at remapping but for the cost of it and increase it a lousy 8bhp is just pathetic and a waste of money if im honest.

Any suggestions would be great and please add links

55bhp per litre to atleast 110bhp per litre.
There's 2 ways to get that. A lottery win or a good nights sleep with plenty nice far fetched dreams.

Might be a better idea to stick to the neons and HIDs. because without a workshop and an engineering degree Your looking at a mission near impossible.

Not possible, ull get 10bhp max for about £500 lol, remap full stainless and induction,

not worth it, just get a cheap air filter, for that throaty engine sound, and if u like ur noise then get exhaust setup, try source a 2nd hand one or just buy a cheap backbox, dont pay £200+ for something that isnt going to do anything

Lol so I'm guessing by both comments there is no hope in heaven I will have higher than 90bhp

Dont waste your money, even 90bhp is pathetic.

Save towards your next car

Anything is possible but it will cost you a load of money..more than the car is worth and your insurers will hammer you for a modded car (Yes! tell them or you'll be deep in S* and uninsured after an accident).

Sell it and buy a Bravo TJet

This is the thoughts I have of my 1.4 8v, wish it could hit around the 130bhp mark, not going to happen so the dreams live on, save the money spent for a T-JET, has that BHP as standard, looks stunning with all the gizmos lol

taking off the 17" wheels will make it lighter and faster.

lower it and at least it will handle better? As for bhp increase, even if you got to 130BHP (no chance) the engine would most likely go pop!

WOH WOH WOOOOOH there! Audi lights are staying put!! even if i put them in my lights you wouldn't be able to see them, because of the HID's. That's my own touch and at night it looks the sh*t.

If i lowered it, when i go to sell it on, is it bait that it has actually been lowered? I was thinking about tinting the front windows but isnt that illegal? Oh well illegal schmegal il tint her some more il look into a splitter dunno what that is lol.

its a plastic bit tht runs under ur front bumper, keep the original springs if ur worried about tht

Just saw a few pics of a splitter on andy's GP what is the point in that?? Its not even noticeable...
OK, im pretty good at DIY on my car is it a reasonable job changing the springs yourself or is it def a garage job?

depends what you know, if u reckon u can get it jacked up and have a go, no harm in trying ay

to slightly increase your engine performance put some Denso Iridium spark plugs, a BMC or GSR induction, high octane fuel , maybe a remap and a full stainless exhaust and your power will grow around 15hp, but it will cost ya.

tested on dyno!

Yea mate think il give that a shot on the weekend, I removed my grilles fine but when I tryed to put them back on... Blooooody hell took me literally an hour with my mate the thing still won't properly clip in!!!

Il look into the spark plugs, already looked at induction kits from gsr they don't do kits for 1.2L Cheers for the advice
