advice on remap

hi there, im new to the site so please bare with me, i am considering remapping my gp 1.9 mjet sporting and was wondering if i would need a new clutch? or if that would depend on how powerfull i have the remap

Hi & Welcome here!

Just treat the car with care and empathy, remember you will be exceeding all the transmission design elements, no need to upgrade unless you are going to be doing hard Track days or utilising all the re-map energy it can muster.

I was remapped (see Sig below) at 32,000 miles, 62,000 miles now all been fine.

i wont be doing any track days just want the power for when i need it mostly its the mpg gains im looking for myt get an induction kit tho just support it

Not anymore. They charge now 290 pounds.

Tune4 performance will do in March a rr/re-map day, where they charge 200 pounds.

red dots FF price of 200 still stands on all maps except t-jets and re-chips. no need to go via ebay
