Hi all,

I'm a new member to the forum so i hope i'm doing this right!

I have just traded my 1.2 dynamic panda for a 3 door 1.4 16v Sport Grande Punto (of which i'm very impressed with!). Before that i had a 1.2 dynamic Stilo (2002) of which i had roof bars for.

I was after a bit of advice really about the roofbars for my grande punto. Does anybody know if i can keep my CAM bars that i had on the Stilo and use them on the punto? I know that you need a fitting kit for it but i'm stumped! I've been in a couple of local car parts shops and they recommended a fitting kit but it looks like it needed something else to attach it onto the roof. I asked one guy in the shop, and he was more interested in another customer who walked in the shop and didnt tell me much. I think it was a Thule fitting kit (kit K05 i think!) but i don't know if i needed the footpack as well.

If anybody can help with this i'd be very grateful. Also, if it's cheaper to buy a full set of bars and kit, does anybody know where i can get some from at a decent price? I've had a look on ebay and there isn't a great deal of choice and the prices vary significantly.
