surprised the 1.9 even remapped kept up with you... unless it was the 150bhp version.
It's all down to the driver
A1 is public road both should be able to do 70 easy, unless you telling us you was going flat out,
Was he in you slip steam because that would make a big difference, I was once able to keep up with a red tractor in my 1.2, can you believe it...

Shut up like you don't speed now and again. Everyone does. Average speed on my stretch of the A1 to work on the morning is 85mph and thats people in the left hand lane!.
Saying that theres times and places where its safe to do so.
