i want colour coded wing mirror covers. how do i go about this and is it easy to do?

Look in the old punto section at the guides for spraying as its the same process. I think the mirror cover just unclips but i need to have a look soon anyway for some plans i have myself so will let you know if you havent done it.

had a look. ours will be easier as you wont have to take off the whole wing mirror. Bonus in itself. I have pm chris@souls so he is going to get back to me. you can get primer ones fro shop4parts for 30 quid. would be worth it i think. dont think chrome would go very well with chemical grey.

my warranty stops me from doing alot of work on my car. which really sucks. any ideas what i can do without voiding my warranty. could i put 16" alloys on without knackering the gearbox

Should be fine on 16s mate but they will use any excuse to not pay out so its up to you.

got to my dada pays my car for me. since i have to pay for the old one i wrote off.

Id leave the big mods till the warrenty runs out, do things like lights, aerial, things that are cheap and easy to replace...

yeah i ahve done the aerial so far and put osram bulbs in. next i wan to get wheels on. got another 2 years and 6 months of warrenty to go. maybe do my headunit and that next. do you need to delcare the sound system to you insurance

Nah just means if it gets pinched you wont be covered for it. Most policys have a standard amount they will allow anyway. I no on my tesco policy they cover up to £1000 worth of audio as standard.

Yeah mines about that too... tints is another thing you could do... cheap but very effective!

Ive been with tesco since i started driving at 17. Never had a problem with them.

sorry its my keyboard. got one of those wireless ones. pain in the crack if you ask me. tesco ouldnt insure me after i crashed my skyline. but i work for tesco so i used to get my 10% discount on my insurance which was a real help at the start.

You can get chrome, white, black and a sort of gun-metal grey wing mirror covers from FIAT for about 45 quid.
