Hi, this is my first visit/post to the forum, so apologies if if someone has already asked this!

I've recently bought (though yet to collect) a 2007 Grande Punto, which comes with the standard factory fitted radio/CD. I've heard that you can get a cable to go into the back of the standard head unit that has a 3.5mm jack on the end so you can connect and play your mp3 player through the radio/CD.

Does anyone have any ideas where I might be able to buy one of these cables? I've had a quick look on ebay and the Blaupunkt website, but with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated!

IIRC theres a usb in the glove box on cars fitted with blue&me...theres always someone who knows more than me so...

Unfortunately the car isn't fitted with Blue & Me, so no usb for me. I've seen a few threads on here saying you can get a lead to connect into the back of the headunit, but most of the links are old/don't work, so I'm not sure which cable it is I need. Any thoughts?

Try this http://www.bluespot.co.uk/stock/auxin.asp. This is the one i'm using but i had to modify the plug to fit the back of the HU. Or search Ebay for "blaupunkt aux" there are loads. If you find one with a yellow plug that one fits without any faffin about, try Ebay Italy.

I'll have a hunt around for a yellow ended one now that I know what I'm looking for, wouldn't have a clue how to modify and fit the blue one lol, I'm not too savvy with the technical things!

Lol that was the first thing I did look at when I joine FF, but thought buying a ready made cable would reduce the risk of me messing it up, which is likely tbh!
