General Seat Leon R splitter

General Seat Leon R splitter

or dont bother.

its called the seat leon r splitter for a reason. dont understand why anyone would want it anyway it doesnt make your gp look any better and would make so little difference to performance if improving it at all due to not being intended for the gp.

thats just my opinion though so dont let it desuade you from doing it if you really want to.(y)

lol Its not there to improve performance. Its there for styling, and just because it says its for one car doesnt mean its restricted to it  Loads of different cars use the cupra R splitter on the front. And you want angel eyes they are for BMW's only so you aint allowed them on your GP

Kids

Thats royale coming from the guy who has VERY strange styling ideas!
And I even choose NOT to comment on your dodgey styling ideas due to my strong belief in 'Each to their own'

The cupra splitter is the only thing I would ;EVER; take from another car and adapt to mine. Actually adapting engine parts and breather mods would be ok in my book as well, anthing styling wise. stick to dealer supplied stuff, like the arbarth lights ect

lol true, end of the day, its your own car so you can do what you want to it. Well with exceptions! lol... People want their car to stand out so they get different stuff, like Jamie with them deep-dish wheels!... I would like to see the Seat Splitter on a GP.

whats strange about them? the purple? because its original.

if you like stuff from other cars on yours fine i personally dont like the splitter. i dont think it improves the styling whatsoever but as previous thats my opinion. if you like it thats all that matters.

jamie has it? didnt realise but then again if i have strange styling ideas what can you call his. his gp actually looked really nice i thought until he put those horrible euro wheels on.

but as with everything. only my opinion. its his car his choice.

I have to say I was thinking along the same lines myself, I am not into modding.... period, but given the option between a front splitter and painting every other part on my car purple.......well, do I need to carry on?

im not going to argue as 1. thats your opinion and 2. i cant be bothered. however i would say that personally after seeing two similar cars one with and one without that it was pretty hard to tell that either had one fitted which to me makes it seem like a waste of money but.

aimed @ all of you its your choice if you like it then great, if you want one then great. it all boils down to you no-one else.

i know id rather pay 20 quid for a seat splitter, and a few pence for some self tappers, rather than fork out £160 for the fiat splitter, then have to pay for fitting and painting..
The seat splitter looks well because its subtle.. First time i saw it was on ebay and i liked, but i knew it was a seat one, so i went there and bought it. Requires a bit of cutting and a lot of bending to fit, but its worth it.

Carl, your car will be very unique, and IMO very ugly... But each to their own, as long as you like it thats all that matters.

exactly thats what im trying to say i have nothing against peoples opinions as thats all they are and all i have said about the splitter is my opinion.

but i think peoples opinions of my gp may change after i have completed my plans. but if they dont hey as long as i like it i mean at the end of the day i will be driving so thats all that matters.

sorry for highjacking your thread.
