My sister has a Grande Punto, its only 6 months old with about 1700 miles on the clock, but recently... no matter what position you put the sunvisors in, the slightest bump and they pop out of that little clip.

I'm aware it's not a major head gasket failure or the wheel falling off at 100MPH... but it does get tiresome pushing the damn thing's back in every 5 minutes.

Never had this problem with mine...only issue i have with it is that when u fold it down. It wont still in the position u want it to be if u get my drift...

:D

Yes you can have it two ways, folded up or straight down so you can't see... theres no middle ground.

Mine does the same, but only if u take it out of the clip, say to put it to the side, then go to put it back, it will keep popping out while driving.

Really annoying at times.

So what I do is push the visor past the catch and towards the windscreen....then bend it back until it engages over the catch - I can flip it up and down and any position after that.

Qute an annoyance this. Know exactly what you mean. My Passangers side doesn't stay in the clip ever and theres no happy medium on where you can put it. Anyone got a nifty trick to sort it out?

Mine used to do that, its sorted itself now though, I guess its just worn in

Mine used to pop out every now and then. Then I just got really upset, yelled at it and it has behaved itself since then :)

Sun Visor.

Just a quick question, as im wondering if anyone else has this problem!

My sun visor seems to only stick in one position, if i try to move it anywhere else it just flicks back against the window!

Doesnt bother me that much, but is quite annoying when the suns out!

Anyone else had this problem?

Ash.

Re: Sun Visor.

Mine does the same. It is very annoying. If you move it past 90 degrees, the spring snaps it against the windscreen, so there's no in-between setting.

Re: Sun Visor.

Believe me...we all here on GP section feel your pain :bang:

i had the same problem, but i came up with a solution if you get yourself a small plaster ( fabric material 1 for cuts ) and rap it round the metal part of your visor, it sticks in any position barring the 90% (y)
