Ok so i need your help ive installed my head unit but when i turn off the car and remove the key head unit stays on i know its to do with an ignition wire or something but could someone tell me an easy fix without cutting or damaging any wire (warranty is too important to me) thanks in advance:D

Just turn it off manually easier than pissing about with the wires. as an ignition live needs to be swapped to somewhere i think it is so that it powers on and off with the car.

I changed mine about 3 months ago. It's fine just turning it on and off. Did you not have to link red and.....can't remember other colour to get a live feed?

just feed an ignition fed source and be done with it

in the end you'll get frustrated with having to turn it off, i did with my van, didnt make the same mistake with my car :p

I'd do it to the ignition as one day you will forget and leave it on, then when you come back your battery will be dead. Not good.

Well you might leave it on pause or mute, then get out and not think about it. :p

I don't think so, i know that when i left my lights on before and came back about an hour later, the battery was dead.
