 | Wow, a quiet day! Today something amazing happened, I didnt hear one creak from the rear suspension, no rattles from anywhere, the engine performed smoothly and the brakes didnt moan at all, wow!!! I had forgotten the wonderful sound of smooth cruising.

 Re: Wow, a quiet day! Got to say my 56 reg 1.4 is driving me crazy. Whenever i turn or go over any sort of undulation i hear an almighty creak from the passanger rear 3/4 panel. Also sounds like something is loose in the passanger door. Cant even take the car to Fiat cos when i bought it found out too late the car was 4 months past its due service date. Lovely Stoneacre Fiat could not guarantee if i paid £250 to get it serviced whether fFiat would honour the warranty. Did an oil change myself instead. Love the cars looks, mines now on 17 inch Wolfrace wheels and bin red badged but not sure how much longer can put up with the creaks and groans. My G/F. has an 07 Corsa, streets ahead of the punto. Feels so much more sturdy. Oh well you pays your money and makes your choices
