Any experience of their service department yet? I live not far away and was tempted to use them to order a Sedici, but if I'm honest I was scared off by a friend's recent experience of the attached Peugeot dealership and my own experience of a very unprofessional Peugeot sales outfit there in the mid-90s. Things change and presumably the Fiat team are different to the Peugeot staff. First impressions are just so hard to shift...

I agree, when they first opened the service advisor was working out of the Peugeot office, but now he's got his own desk in the Fiat side he seems more on the ball. Our GP is 2 years old next month so will be in there for it's service, I'll let you know how I get on...

Yes please,

Tried both dealers close to me for service so it may help for comparison.

Just let us know when the new survey is ready and I will put down my objective findings.

Re: Dealer Ratings 2007 Results

Well I dont mind spending the time doing it but people (voters) have to be honest, cant give full marks for a garage when all you done is buy a bulb etc.People also have to respect the problems that can arise during esrvicing/repair work & take this into account before giving low scores etc

I'll give it some thought how to get around this,in meantime all ideas would be welcome

Caledonia Blackburn at 20! That is the biggest laugh the world has ever seen, numbers do not exist to place that particular dealership. Something is seriously wrong with this particular survey.
