(G) ipod troubles

i picked up my black 130 sporting yesterday i cant get my i pod to work. i plug it in it says do not disconnect as it would on a computer. but everytime i try to go into something it comes up with no media. my friend has also got the same car but his ipod works perfectly. can you help?

you need to set it up for use as a portable drive. To do this plug it into your computer, open itunes, click on the my ipod icon on the left and then tick the check box that says enable use for portable drive.

sorted mate thanks a lot changed the format to mp3 instead of aac which has worked, thanks for your help
