I noticed that there was a creaking when turning the steering wheel. This happend when moving and stationery. It gradually got worse over last week. I called out The AA who arrived in 25 minutes and took it Bostons of Stafford. I had a hire car delivered that afternoon from The AA.
Bostons say there is a cup on top of the shocker and it has broken, causing the noises and vibrations in the car. They have ordered the part and I should have it back Monday or Tuesday.
Although I am disappointed with the car breaking. The service from Fiat and The AA has been excellent.
I will let you know more when I get the car back.

Strange one that,anybody else had similar problems?

It is a 1.4 Active Sport with compulsory tail gate shower.

It is when you open the boot. Rain water pours from the bungs and on to you.

It came with the car. It is not an optional extra, you either have it or you dont. I am waiting for T to post a fix and I will take my GP to Bostons and have it removed.

screen bond,high level brake light,seam next to hinge,wiring grommet or rear wiper seal.........take your pick

It is fixed now. It was the shock absorber mount that was broken. Fixed under warranty. While I was there I asked about servicing costs. 1st service £220 and 2nd service.........£375.

odd for that to break...and ha I'm extremely chuffed i have my two free services free

well now im brickin it because my shocks take one hell of a beating on the lowering springs.

Seems it was an isolated incident so un-clench and relax!
