I presume you just turn the ignition off as it will obviously still need the key in to work. I might be wrong but this is how they normally work.

you can wire your own button in, its only 2 wires, very easy. you still use the key to switch ignition on and off (and disable/enable immob), but you chop the 2 wires usually used for starting and wire them into your new button switch rather than the switch in the ignition barrel, or have both wired in parallel so you can start either way.

its a very easy job, you can use any switch that is safe for 12v, or go for the freshly stolen look and have 2 wires that you touch together.
