 | engine squeak Whenever I switch the engine off, it emits a moderately loud squeak (can be heard whilst inside the car with all windows shut). 1.2 FIRE engine. I'm sure I heard this noise on the old Mk1 60SX that I had (same engine) a few years back. Anyone know what causes that?

| Re: engine squeak I have spotted this too on my GP Sporting 1.9. It is the wiring harness bracket that attaches to the rear of the engine that holds a few cables, this basically flexes and squeaks on startup and turn off. Not found a way to fix it so its going in soon!!!
