tyre pressure

i dont really havea clue about this but wanted to check it out, need to learn

im running 17s on my gp if that makes any difference.

how do i check what it is now and find out what it should be, is the free air thing at shell ok to use?

Check the Manual. Should be somethign along the lines of 36psi?


Edit: Found for a 1.9 38 psi front & 33 psi rear and for a 1.3 between 32 and 28? (Which seems low)

I've always kept my tyres on my cars between 30 - 34

well i recently looked this up as im going abroad this weekend and the manual stated for a medium load (or below 116kmph): 2.6bar front tyres (37psi) and 2.3 bar rear tyres (34psi). Or a full load (excess of speeds 116kmph+) 2.8bar front tyres (41psi) and 2.5 bar rear tyres (36psi)
