crunching noise when engaging reverse

my duologic was changeed recently while under warranty. even that it still does not eliminate the problem of crunching noise when engaging reverse gear.

somewhere in this forum, it was mentioned that some rod need to be replace to longer ones. does anyone knows which rod exactly. than i have problem to convince my only service centre to change the rod.

i have some suspicion that the pressure not enough causing the rod pusing the clutch too slow while the auto engage the reverse lever.

any suggestion?

note: the service centre managed to reporgram back the duologic, now its as reponsive as before.

Happens to me every now and then (http://www.fiatforum.com/grande-punt...rse-grind.html) - have been told its normal.

As its intermittent I would imagine you'll have a tough time getting your dealer to diagnose the problem, let alone fix it.
