Sporting Anti-Roll Bars

Does anyone know if the 1.9 Sporting has a thicker anti-roll bar to the 1.4 Petrol, low speed roll is greater than I would like so would the diesel one fit? and consequently can I fit one?

I don't know the answer to your question but I can't say that roll, low speed or high speed, has been a problem with my G.P.

Re: Sporting Anti-Roll Bars

its not so much a problem, its just that with its very firm suspension I would expect less roll on low speed islands etc, high speed stability etc is superb but the bar seems pretty thin and I just want a flatter cornering capability....

I would be interested to see what the impact is on the ride of a Sporting with lowered springs, and obviously the handling benefits..

That isnt particularly cheap when you look at the Eibach Sportline springs costing around £130, and they are one of the biggest companies regarding suspension modifications.

The Novitec springs lower the GP by around 40mm.
