(T) my cars caught a cold

has any one else experienced this?
I have a 1.9 sporting and sometimes when i am accelerating slowly in town up through the gears it kind of stutters just before hitting 30 in 3rd. I just thought it was my imagination but then when sat at traffic lights last night the car seemed to be vibrating rather alot.
Any one any suggestions, sorry this is a little bit of a crap description

i think this might happen to me too, it occasionally happens when i'm going slowly too, it feels like a really soft stutter am i right? like it jerks a little bit? i wouldn't worry m8 it never crossed my mind that its a problem!

Well it should do fella as it is indeed a fault which in my case has gotten worse over time.

After big dealings with my dealer/fiat uk on this it turns out that there is a ECU upgrade to stop this problem.

Get it sorted!!!! Im awaiting them testing said fix on there demo car which is out on loan till next week. Will report back when more is known!

Does it vibrate all the time?

can you give a little more info captain chaos on what i would actually need to say to the dealer etc, because it is very difficult to describe and only happens very intermittently, maybe once every week or so.

Luvduvs nah it does not vibrate all the time, infact the vibrations were not felt through out the car just when i was holiding the gear knob (yes i know it vibrates normally but it was more pronounced), and i only noticed because it happened just after the car coughed

also donnie have you not had your remapped? did that not fix it?

i've actually got mine booked for a re-map 2moro, i haven't felt the stutter thing for ages tho, it's only happened a few times and ive nearly had the car a year now.

maybe i was overstating mine dont think it is even once a week.
lets us know how the remap goes as i want to bite the bullet at get it done hehe
