| BEng Automotive Engineer | Radio connections Just had a look at the back of my stereo. There is 3 coloured connectors that appear to be blanking plates/connector blocks. Apart from one that has 2 (I think) leads going into it. Anyone now what they are? The colours of them are yellow, green and blue. Anyone now what these connectors are for? I have got some pictures but cant upload them. Also, can I use this: http://www.bluespot.co.uk/stock/preamp.asp Cheers

| BEng Automotive Engineer | Re: Radio connections I know about the ipod connector. I wanted to now of any of those connectors (using an adapter like in the link in earlier post) can be used to give a pre out to connect an amplifier. Want one of those under seat Blaupunkt subwoofer but dont really want to chop the wires into the stereo to provide a high level input to an amplifier.

| Re: Radio connections I don't think you can use these connectors for other than what they're intended for, but in saying that I've never tried! This may help slightly (its not great I know, but somwhere on your radio there should be a diagram showing the pin-out. The blue plug is "E"- CD changer/iPOD kit) Connector C/D/E: Pin Function C1 LH AUX signal. C2 RH AUX signal. C3 AUX signal C4 N.C. C5 N.C. C6 N.C.
