(T) Engine Judder

Guys,

Noticed my car doing this over the past few days.

When cold accelerating in 2nd and hitting around 2 1/2 thousand revs the car judders. Gives off a tshh tshh type of sound and carrys on fine. After the first instance does not return until left for a fair few hours or the next day.

1.9 sporting is the car in question.

Anyone shed some light on this issue?

I reckon every time you take it into the dealer to get one thing fixed they knacker something else!

Nah this did it from day one. Then went away and has returned to pee me off lol.

a judder similar to if it was about to stall?

No more like a hesitation where the revs drop. Id say more along the lines of a misfire.

Tis very bizzare and intermittant at best. Like I said did it when I first picked her up and has been fine up untill about a week ago. Prob a sensor playing silly buggers

What type of transmission?

T's going to slap your a$$ for that

Manual gearbox.

Go to better dealer/garage.

my meggy 225 did this, but never got around to finding out what it was, just put it down to crappy fuel.

the only fix i found to work was to sell it and buy a GP Sporting. haha
