| Re: Ipod Shuffle Mk2 + Blue & Me no idea if an update would fix it. in my opinion the easiest thing to do is stick in a 2gb flash drive for a few quid and use that.

I forget the commands to get the mps's up on the car dash display, but Its done with voice commands... there is folded instruction paper that came with all my manuals thats gives all the voice commands... I was bored one day and going through them, and got the displays up on the car dash.... just have a read, I'm sure you'll sort it out!

| Re: Ipod Shuffle Mk2 + Blue & Me Blue & Me doesn't like iPods- it's to do with the whole Apple Mac vs. Microsoft rivalry. Another reason is MP3s from iTunes tend to be copy protected and therefore the Blue & Me can't copy them to its on-board memory and play them. If you really want to play an iPod through your radio, Fiat sell an iPod adaptor interface which plugs into the back of the radio and has a lead coming out so you can plug your Shuffle in.

| Re: Ipod Shuffle Mk2 + Blue & Me you could just buy a USB memory stick, and transfere the mp3's to the memory stick and plug that in the car's USB ports....

| Re: Ipod Shuffle Mk2 + Blue & Me Ah, but if they're iTunes or copy-protected MP3s they can't be played through Blue & Me, whatever form of storage.

| Re: Ipod Shuffle Mk2 + Blue & Me I was on holiday driving my Grande Punto and my friend wanted to use his ipod shuffle Mk2.. He doesnt have a net connection so his music was cd rips to mp3 using Windows Media Player and then using iTunes to collate them to the iPod. Ipods on the whole do work with Blue N Me

| Re: Ipod Shuffle Mk2 + Blue & Me "He doesnt have a net connection so his music was cd rips to mp3 using Windows Media Player and then using iTunes to collate them to the iPod." So he didn't buy the music from iTunes? Normal ripped MP3s should work ok, whatever they're stored on, though many people on here complain that their iPod's don't work with Blue & Me. Maybe it's just where they got their music from and it's format that matters most? I don't own an iPod myself, so I've not tried any of this out, but thought that music you buy from iTunes is copy protected to only play from the iPod it was downloaded to?
