(T) hard drives and cable colouring

as you cant change the head unit without losing blue and me etc you will probably know there are no aux out's on the back of the head. i have an adapter to convert the left and right back speakers to a box which puts out the aux. i need to know which wires are for both back speakers and the poles for them.

also i attempted hooking up an 80gb external 2.5inch hard drive to the usb port. it said it couldnt read it. i have already got a 4gb flash drive that works fine but i cant fit all my music on it. when i plugged the flash back in it couldnt read that either i accessed the data on it through the menu and it worked but by this time i had already taken the 80gb hard drive back to the place i bought it... does anyone know if any external 2.5 inch hard drives (only 2.5inch as 3.5 inch have to be powered) will work with blue and me. i dont want to have to buy another just to try accessing it through the menu to see if it works... i might not get my money back next time.

i assume windows mobile has the drivers to support external hard drives.
