Windscreen washer

Right o,

My left windscreen washer jet hits the wiper arm instead of the windscreen. The deflected water still semi hits the windo tho however.

Took it to the dealers only to be told theres nothing they can do about it as they are not adjustable?

Is this right? Should I accept this?

Re: Windscreen washer

You put plastic bag ties under the black plastic molding where the jets are attached.......raises the jet higher......works well.

Re: Windscreen washer

Yes, this was posted before.

I tried doing it myself with a cable tie and gave up and took it to the dealers.
They happily obliged and it's now perfect - so it must be possible! Of course, they may have just packed it with something!
