ahh thanks for advice! see I found this site on google when i was searching for GP Dump Valves. and i came here and read apparently my dump valve is kind of being silenced at the minute by the induction kit and if I was to replace then my dump will start "PSSS"ing... not Pissing!

any advice? should I go ahead or hold off until they can remap?

Thats not a dumpvalve thats the noise from your wastegate.

If you want to hear what it sounds like disconnect your airbox temporarily and take a quick spin up your street. I don't think it will sound like your hoping as the turbo is tiny. Sounds like somebody letting a balloon down rather than the PSSHHH you are after. See what you think.

Re: JeL Punto Grande T-Jet120

cool thanks for the info. to be honest reading the remapping turbo issues its put me off doing any engine work and invalidating a 6month old car.
but cheers for the heads up anyway.

Ive got the electric bolster on my Elegenza. It is nice to use when my back aches!

Regards the pics, is it me or do you have a veryyyyyyyyy large gap between your bonnet and your grill? I had to get mine adjusted because of that.

I think you will find the sporting has an undertray and the disconnection point is at the top of the engine bay and it can be done as to leave the bottom of the box closed

Just telling him how to get an idea of what the wastegate sounds like

All the leafs get in through the top grills on mine. I have had a few get stuck in the air vents due to this. Dam things, haha.

He could put a pair of tights over it, just to be carefull, hehe.

Anyway, were is my GSR kit, I want if fitted before winter.
