Alloy Respray

Just after opinions as I'm getting my alloys resprayed in the next couple of weeks, and I'm unsure what colour to go for.....

The options are:

1) Gloss(as shiny as possible)
2) Anthracite or a dark grey
3) Polished silver

Thanks guys

Re: Alloy Respray

apologies... it's an Exotica Red GPS, with 17" fork alloys. Oh, and the first option should be Gloss Black.

Cheers

Re: Alloy Respray

Oh ...

I was thinking of black, as I've already got the black vinyl on my front bumper and am planning a few more black mod's in the future which would suit it (abarth front and rear lights, smoked tints all round etc).

Well if thats the case then go for the gloss black if your doing the other mods, I think a black theme with ur mods will look awesome!

Re: Alloy Respray

Yeah a respray is cheaper, and doesnt last as long as powdercoating. The only reason I'm going for a respray is that the guy doing it is a friend of mine, and can give a future respray at any time if needed, free of charge.

It's costing £150 for my 4 wheels and 2 motorbike wheels, so not bad really...

Thanks for the responses

£150 for four wheels and two bike wheels is good, but is it a decent job?

Mine are in anthracite on an exotica red GPS and its looks ok.

Re: Alloy Respray

Yeah it's ace quality, i'll post pics up once they're done.

Think I'm settled on black now, looking to go for a red and black theme.

Was also thinking of adding some very fine pieces of red glitter in the lacquer, but not sure whether it would look any good?

The glitter is a bit 'max power' and gay imo. A red lip would be better?
