Had any more thoughts about breaking the 200bhp barrier?

Plenty of thoughts, but no cash the last few months. Should have some freed up ina few weeks time. I'm going to have some words with peter. The 16v turbo unit poses big fitment problems. Its the strength of the 8v turbo unit is what is limiting me to the power I have now, It isn't strong enough and would fail under the heat if I put much more power through it

Any thoughts??

I know, the block is no problem at all. Like I said it just the turbo that needs replacing. Maybe a hybrid turbo?? Then uprated IC. I looked at the turbo thats used on the 16v multijet engines but it fits the opposite way to the 8v

I'm currently searching the alfa forums for owners with tuned 8v multijets but most of the guys run 16vs. Grrrr....

Kris, we have not even started on the tuning program for your car. There is soooo many more things that can be done.

I might have something interesting on the 20th with me.

I thought it had something to do with that Jag pace car cutting you up???

As for the 200bhp mark, how about the twin turbo lump found in the new Lancia Delta and Saab 9-3 and 9-5?
Would any parts from there fit???

Yea I had to let the coop go after the jag decided he wanted to come between us. I wasn't happy, not on bit. They must be building jags without wing mirrors these days!

I don't know about the saab parts, I'll see what peter says. It would be nice though.
