Select brush tool, and the masking tool thingy (not very technial lol) then draw in all the bit u want edited, then you play about with hue, saturation etc, and one of the colour tools, i think selctive colour or something like that, just play about with them - under image, adjustments. But it will be different on yours as i did it in photoshop cs2
