Re: Painted my calipers

Looks really nice. Wonder what it would have looked like if they were orange though , maybe suited the car better

I dunno, still looks awesome though imo

Re: Painted my calipers

no jus clean off oil n stuff then paint wot u can see. couple of coats will do dependant on what the tin of paint says. remember to get actual caliper paint or hemrite, cuz normal paint does not adhere propally n peels off.

Re: Painted my calipers

i spent £20 on the kit from halfords! remember to read the instructions too! need other stuff to do the job!

Took wheels off, cleaned the caliper up with the caliper cleaner included with the painting kit aswell as using a steel brush. covered up what i didn't want painted, followed instructions on how to mix paint and hardener and painted! walah job done... gotta wait a while before u drive it though :P don't drive it too early as you'll get dust all in the paint!

Back ones gonna be done soon

Re: Painted my calipers

I've looked in halfords for this brake calliper paint kit but can't find it anywhere, the only stuff i can find is there own brand and it comes in a small tin. Is that it?
