Detailed my GP

Not the best pic was almost dark when I finished, but note the relection on the bonnet and the Pup 307 reflected in the door.

Autoglyms Ultra Deep Shine is great polish.

Re: Detailed my GP

Looks clean, get some paintwork depth shots if you can.

I'm using Clearkotes Carnuba moose wax at the moment, its good stuff. Lasts out well.

Try this one. Car was an ex rental so is well swirled. Saving up to have it corrected professionally, got a quote for £165 form Hotwaxx. This is just with Ultra Deep Shine, going to apply some of the new Autoglym HD Wax when I can get some.

Beads nicely, but yes it definitely needs some swirl attention!

The Autoglym HD wax isn't out yet is it? I know a few promotional packs have been sent out to everybody who showed their car in the pistonheads area at the autosports show in January.

I'd like to see how this AG HD stuff does compared to ther waxes of the same price.

It's launched today but Halfords in Telford said they won't be stocking it.

Going to have to order some online.

Swirling is pretty bad, hate to think what the rental place used to clean it.

Like I said, I want to see what its like compared to the likes of poorboys etc.

They probably used sponges, dropped on the floor a few times and then cleaned it in a circular motion straight to dry and dirty paintwork.
