(S) Right hand drive Alu pedals

Some of you may know this already but Fiat only produce metal/aluminium pedals for left hand drive Grande Punto's. Not sure why?

Anyway, has anyone tried some alternatives successfuly. If so, some idea of what to go for and how to fit them would be great. Thanks for any help.

Oh dear. Looks like I'm in the minority with the pedal thing Not a Grande Punto owners requirement me thinks!

There are a few good ones on ebay, some which don't require drilling which is good. Really annoys me that Fiat aren't making them for over here though.

I thought someone mentioned on here before that the pedals will fit but the foot rest won't as it is for the opposite side???

Yeah, there is no reason why LHD pedals wont fit a RHD car. But obviously the footplate wont be the same as it is reversed.

I like the idea of metal pedals because mine are starting to wear already. Plus they can look pretty nice too. I've looked on ebay and there do seem to be some options which look interesting.

Just a thought. Maybe the Abarth GP will have them and could be ordered as an accessory

Yeah, the possibility of being able to order the pedals before the actual car would be very wrong. I will have a long wait for those. Who knows

Ive got a set of aluminum pedals on my car, these were from fiat from the need for speed range !!. Pain in the arse to fit though but look much better than the crappy rubber ones!!.

Have you got the foot rest pedal as well or just the 3 pedals?

Just the 3 pedals, i did'nt want the foot rest.

Where did you buy/order them?

I ordered them from fiat, before i picked up my car that was 18 months ago. Platts fiat in Stoke-on-Trent.

How much were they?
