HID conversion - too cheap??

I've just been badgering around on ebay came across these:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/XENON-HID-KIT-...QQcmdZViewItem

Now, as you can see everything appears to be there, but £20!! there must be something dodgey going on??

Can anyone shed some light on this for me (sorry for the pun )

Thanks,
Mark

I wouldn't bother for the simple reason:-

Also that seems too cheap they normally go for £50-£80.....

Re: HID conversion - too cheap??

well they are most likely £35 and £5 delivery... id probably say go for it... there probably just the same as the more expensive ones just different boxes and stickers! how do you know that the ones for £100 are not made using the same components etc as the ones for £40?

Re: HID conversion - too cheap??

Because of the simple prase 'You don't get anything for nothing' with very few exceptions. I'd be wary due to the voltages, current's involved and the fact dodgy electrics catch fire.

Not to mention the reasons I mentioned to do with warranty's warning lights etc.
