GP armrest (diy :))

the base is made of plastic witch is screw up with 4 screws it will be god to secure it for long duration, because the the plastic it self will broke if someone push it harder
so you can use one matal plate 2-5 mm,mesure the inside of the base and cut it

then with the drill you make holes for the screws and plastic reinforce

after you use then iron brush and you have to brush the metal god(you must to do it no mater if is rusty like mine,or new, you have to do it for the paint so it can better catch)

than use some paint to protect the metal

after the paint is dry you put the plate under the base and srew the base with the armrest
you must screw first base and arm rest because later is late hehe

finnely its done this leader thing can go 10 cm foward if you want

Re: GP armrest (diy :))

The one on my stilo gets a bit in the way when you need to do quick gearchanges, so i leave it up.

i normally only use it when im on the motorway or on fast, smooth a -roads

i also use it for mint and sweetie storage
