Painting

I'm thinking of painting the Multijet and the fiat writing bits on my engine cover, what type of paint would i need?

probably just some plastic primer, then some red normal acrylic stuff. its probably not gonna need to be heat resistant is it. should look good.

think it would need 2 be heat resistant it would peel off quickly...........?

i think it would also need to be heat resistant as i know someone that did it and it came off after about a week or two. it can look good though once done!!

i remember a long time ago chrisuk showing a picture of his cover painted, il have a look for it!
