Hi everyone,

New to the forum and it looks like a great place to get some help and info!!!

Thought i'd show you my Grande Punto 1.4 16v Sporting in carribean orange... looking to get a powerflow exhaust system and a K&N 57i ar filter or a BCA carbon one....i guess the ultimate question is , do you think 18" black alloys would look good?? i was looking at the Kei Racing Alloys, Force 10's or Pulse ???? or should i stay with chrome/silver alloys???

Hoping to debage and put black abarth badges on also....

What do you think???

black alloys on the orange would look lovely especially with the stripes!
if you private message a guy called oldschool on the forum he makes gsr induction kits and i have only heard good things about them, i have got a k&n though and is great. black abarth badges would really set the back off, and do a search about removing the punto badge there are lots of pictures somewhere! its a good thing to do to the gp in my eyes.

anyways welcome and lovely car, although i am sure some people will have something to say about the shopping list on the side of the car but i don't think it looks bad.

Yeh I think black 18s would fit well. And stripes look great - I wanted to do mine a while ago but changed my mind last minute. Were they hard to put on?

thanks for the feedback...the stripes took a whole day to put on cutting them for each section etc.. then making it all smooth...in the end i think the result was successful! i am agreein on the black alloys also

Car looks good mate. Im a big fan of black alloys, hence mine. I think they will suit your GP really well. Liking the stripe as well, i think it has to be done well in order to look right and yours fits the bill.

nah don't like the stripes. i don't really like black alloys, they just seem to blend in with the tyres, and at the night u can't even see them. you want them to stand out

iv bin lookin for the caribean orange, and iv visited a large dealer in south wales evans halshaw. and hes told me you cant get this colour in the 1.4 model

i rely want this colour in this model have you had this painted your self or is there a dealer through owt the contry that can suply this colour?

its the 1.4 16v sporting that has carabbean orange. the dude at the dealer will be thinking 1.4 8v.

Try the dealer LC motors in Newport - he did a nationwide search for me - located a car in swindon which i then bought.
What part of S Wales are you in.
